Vacancy for the position of Warehouse Assistant

Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC operates with the vision to be the market leader in elevating and enriching lives in Sri Lanka.

The position holder will be responsible for keeping accurate records of inventory levels, Implementing efficient logistic processes and maintaining clean, organized and safe environment. He/She will be placed at our Refrigerator manuafacturing facility at Ratmalana

Personal Profile

Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar role.

GCE (O/L), GCE (A/L)

Diploma in Supply chain and Logistic Management or equivalent.

Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.

High level of energy with strong customer service skills

Helpful and courteous approach to resolving issues.

Job Profile

Systemizing department Materials Requisition Notes

Sub-contractor inventory analysis as against the ERP balances

Local/Import GRN raising and posting to the system

Finished debiting and stock analyzing/Billing preparations

Advice Of Dispatches raising and systemizing

Finished Goods/Raw materials cycle counting reconciliations and API handling

Spare Parts debiting process and Billing preparations

Department wise Documents filing and maintaining with serial sequences

Monitor materials transactions
