Urban Elephants is an Established Fusion Restaurant in Moratuwa gaining high growth & popularity within a short period since its inception.

We invite dedicated, enthusiastic candidates to join our team as we expand to a new outlet.

Waiter / Cashier / F & B Attendant 20y-50y

Previous restaurant experience.

Success with customer service and phone etiquette.

Excellent Communication skills.

Experience with long shifts.

Restaurant Supervisor 30y-40y

Previous Industry Experience

Capable of following Management objectives to achieve set targets

Proactive with excellent communication skills.

Chef/Sue Chef/Demi Chef/Cook/Commi 25y-50y

Completed a Diploma or NVQ Level qualification with a Minimum of 5-10 year of kitchen background.

Knowledge of Preparing, Storage, Ordering, Stock rotation, Hygiene is a must with the capability of leading and working with in a team.

Ability to work under pressure reliable, flexible and responsible.

Training in food safety

Experience with long shifts.
