Assistant Manager-Human Resources
We are currently seeking an accomplished professional to join our Human Resources team in the role of Assistant Manager – Human Resources. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving HR initiatives within our organization.
Job Profile
As Assistant Manager – Human Resources, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Overseeing the recruitment and on-boarding process
• Managing and monitoring the Human Resource Information System
• Managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
•
Conducting performance reviews and talent development initiatives
•
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
•
Providing strategic guidance to senior management on HR matters
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Age below 40 years
• Degree/Professional qualification in Human Resource Management
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the Banking or Finance industry
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends
• In-depth knowledge and hands on experience on working with a HRIS
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
