Undergraduates/Graduates – Polymer Technology

Your primary responsibilities includes,

Order scheduling and plan the production.

Plan production and coordinate with marketing for order delivery.

Daily updating of order status

Maintain production molds data and allocate molds to optimize orders processing

Plan material requirement for planned production and coordinate with purchasing department

Provide daily shift production schedules for the production departments

Maintain production reports.

Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.

Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.

• Notify customers/ marketing on any delays and outages.

Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Polymer Technology, or a related field.

Knowledge of production related techniques and principles.

Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Previous internship or work experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
