Nestled in the heart of the country’s stunning hill country, our hotel offers guests a unique blend of history, luxury, and natural beauty. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Front Office team in the following positions:
Telephone Operator
Responsibilities:
Courteously manage incoming and outgoing calls.
Operate the hotel switchboard efficiently.
Provide accurate info on hotel services, rates, and promotions.
Coordinate with departments for prompt guest service.
Ensure timely and accurate message delivery.
Requirements:
A high school diploma; hospitality certification is an advantage.
Experience in a 4/5-star hotel environment.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Clear, pleasant telephone manner and calm under pressure.
Familiar with hotel phone systems and Opera PMS (preferred).
Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Oversee front office operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
Lead and mentor front office staff to uphold service excellence.
Resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly.
Collaborate with departments for a seamless guest experience.
Manage reservations and room allocations using Opera PMS.
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in a 5-star front office setting.
Proficient in Opera PMS.
International hospitality exposure preferred.
Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
