St. Anthony’s Home Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a member of St. Anthony’s Ventures (Pvt) Ltd, one of Sri Lankan’s Conglomerate. We are a construction company engaged in housing projects, office buildings, interior design, etc. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and ambitious person for the below post to handle following duties and responsibilities.

TECHNICAL OFFICER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring and carrying out the total construction/renovation work at assigned location in Colombo.

Keeping daily records of the labor, material usage and reporting back to the project engineer.

Preparing material schedules and timely ordering of relevant material for smooth operation.

Co-ordinating with the head office to get the necessary specifications and approvals.

Directing the subcontractor teams to meet the deadlines.

Monitoring the movements and proper utilization of allocated vehicles.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implement appropriate safety measures.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and improve overall operational efficiency.

Organizing and arranging all site works and ability to work long hours.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS

NDT/HNDE [Civil]/NCT/NVQ 5 or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience and excellent knowledge as a Technical Officer.

Computer Literacy in MS office, Auto CAD and other related Software.

Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.

Should be able to work towards strict deadlines with minimum supervision.

Knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing & Aluminum works will be an added advantage.
