TECHNICAL OFFICER
SOLAR PV INSTALLATION
FULL-TIME
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the installation of domestic solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Coordinate and lead a team of technical staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets
  are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar PV systems, both independently and through team collaboration.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to address technical inquiries and provide expertise during client interactions.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all aspects of solar PV system installation.
• Ensure adhering to all Company policies and ISO process described by management.
  CANDIDATE PROFILE
• NAITA, VTC NVQ Level 3/4, Completed.
• Completion of GCE A/L in Physical Science Stream.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Sound knowledge of electrical installations.
• Hands-on experience in solar PV system installation, including wiring, mounting, and commissioning.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to customers.
• Ability to address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and establish trust.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in conducting site assessments to determine solar potential, and shading analysis.
