Systems Administrator / Associate Systems Administrator

Qualifications and Competencies:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent qualification.

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar field is essential.

Mandatory knowledge of Windows server & client OS, Red Hat Linux, Network, VMware, Firewall (Fortigate), and IT Security.

Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, covering network, application, system, and server administration

Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, MS-SQL, and Oracle.

Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make well-informed decisions during critical situations

Strong communication abilities in both English and Sinhala

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, coupled with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Excellent time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision and perform efficiently under pressure

Prior Experience in ISO 27001-certified organizations is considered an advantage

Experience with Svn/GIT source code management, WAN/LAN, Wireless & VPN service management is

preferred.

RHCSA/MCSA & MCSE/CCNA certifications will be an added advantage
