We are looking for a dynamic individual who possesses a holistic mindset towards the field of Supervision for product and process Quality.

SUPERVISOR QUALITY

JOB SPECIFICATION:

You will be a key member of the production team, reporting to Senior AGM-Production. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety throughout our production process, from tea bagging and tea packing.

  • Ensure the online finished product quality and food safety

Manage and maintain quality control documentation and check lists

Investigate and document quality deviations/complaints, establishing corrective and

preventive actions. Assist to maintain Quality management, Food safety management and environment management systems.

Assistance in maintaining Pest management systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard operating

procedures (SOPs) for process improvement

Participation in third party audits

SKILLS & PERSONAL PROFILE:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food processing industry, preferably in a similar role
  2. A/L qualification in Blo / Physical science stream
  3. Diploma in Quality Management Systems is a definite advantage
  4. Strong understanding of food quality and satety principles, regulations and best practices (HACCP)
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  7. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
