Student Coordinator – Department of Information & Communication Technology
Responsibilities
- Provide student support services to students across various communication channels (emails, phone calls, and face-to-face consultation).
- Attend student registrations through the ERP
- Monitor students’ records, processes & provide consultation.
- Build a good rapport with lecturers & students on college norms & regulations.
- Maintain Student Attendance & Lecturer schedules.
- Coordinating graduation/award ceremonies and other college events.
- Any other work assigned by the Administrative officer/Academic Head
Qualification & Experience
- After A/Ls & Diploma Level qualification
- Education or working experience related to ICT will be an added qualification.
- A customer service experience preferably in education related institute or service-oriented industry will be an added advantage.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work with the team with independent initiatives
- Meticulous with good administrative and organizational skills.
- Fast learner who is able to multi-task, as well as meeting objectives
- Good communication and written skills in English.
- Sound knowledge in IT (MS Office & working experience in an ERP).
- Ability to work during weekends.
