Student Coordinator – Department of Information & Communication Technology

Responsibilities

  • Provide student support services to students across various communication channels (emails, phone calls, and face-to-face consultation).
  • Attend student registrations through the ERP
  • Monitor students’ records, processes & provide consultation.
  • Build a good rapport with lecturers & students on college norms & regulations.
  • Maintain Student Attendance & Lecturer schedules.
  • Coordinating graduation/award ceremonies and other college events.
  • Any other work assigned by the Administrative officer/Academic Head

Qualification & Experience

  • After A/Ls & Diploma Level qualification
  • Education or working experience related to ICT will be an added qualification.
  • A customer service experience preferably in education related institute or service-oriented industry will be an added advantage.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to work with the team with independent initiatives
  • Meticulous with good administrative and organizational skills.
  • Fast learner who is able to multi-task, as well as meeting objectives
  • Good communication and written skills in English.
  • Sound knowledge in IT (MS Office & working experience in an ERP).
  • Ability to work during weekends.
