STOREKEEPER

Independent Packaging (Pvt) Ltd is a well-equipped state of art production line capable of manufacturing paper bags with value addition to cater for various industries from Fashion Stores, Food Outlets to events with a capacity over 5 million bags per month.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, fast-learning team player to join us as Storekeeper at our Horana Factory premises.

Job Role:

Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with Purchase Orders

Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.

Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, issues, adjustments and returns.

Manage Inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.

Responsible for receiving the finished goods/raw materials with correct packing and labeling Ensure the

product quality is maintained all the time.

Ensure the warehouse is maintained as per the ISO standards.

Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally & externally.

Ensure product & staff safety at all times and Lead, Guide and Train the warehouse staff to perform their duties more efficiently and effectively.

Requirement:

Pass G.C.E. A/L

Experience in similar capacity at least two years.

Knowledge in Proper Record Keeping and Inventory Management

Computer Literacy and able to mange emails and MS office package

Fair Written & Spoken English knowledge.

Strong Leadership Qualities and ability to work independently under pressure.

Good Interpersonal Skills

Age between 25-45

Preference will be given to male candidates residing close to Bandaragama area.

Salary negotiable and par with the industry standards
