Store Keeper

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies in the warehouse.

Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.

Ensure that all items are properly labelled and stored in designated areas.

Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits to minimise discrepancies.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfil material and supply requests.

Monitor the movement of goods and update the inventory management system accordingly.

Ensure the safe handling and storage of materials, following safety and quality standards.

Prepare materials for delivery and ensure accurate order fulfilment..

Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the store and warehouse areas.

Assist in the preparation of reports on stock levels, usage, and reorder needs.

Handle stock returns and ensure proper documentation.

Perform any other related duties as required by the supervisor.

Candidate Profile:

Diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in inventory management is a plus.

Proven experience (1+ years) as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Keeper, or in a similar role.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interpersonal skills..

Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, inventory management software).

Ability to lift and move materials if required.

Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
