PURCHASING ASSISTANT / OFFICER
GALLE BRANCH
RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Assist in procurement processes for automotive parts and materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and prices.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.
· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues.
QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completion G.C.E (A/L) & Diploma/ Certificate in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Prior experience in a purchasing or
procurement role in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
Proficient in relevant computer applications Microsoft Office Package.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Valid Driving License is must.
Male applicants, with priority given to those living in close proximity to the Galle/ Southern Province.
