SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We are looking for exceptional candidates for our IT Team to expand the support we provide to our global network of Companies.

The successful Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and implementing software applications for AmSafe Bridport group of companies. He will also be responsible to provide technical support for already implemented software applications and the group ERPs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ IT or equivalent from a recognized University At least 1 years of experience in systems analysis, design, development, testing and implementations of software/web applications Fresh graduates will also he considered

Strong hands on experience in application development using Microsoft Net technologies Strong knowledge in MS SQL Server scripting and database management

Analytical skills demonstrated by the ability to work with business and technical staff to interpret, translate and document business requirements

Expenence in creating Functional and Technical Design Documents.

Knowledge in Waterfall and Agile development methodologies Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills

Ability to travel overseas when required

Ability to work late hours to support UK and US sites as and when necessary from the IT office located in Colombo Knowledge React JS, ASP.NET Core. ERP Applications, BI, SSRS and related business processes will be

an added advantage Certification in Microsoft technologies will also be an added advantage
