SITE SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction activities ensuring adherence to engineering specifications.
• Ensure accurate placement of structures of construction work as per plans.
• Supervise interior finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, and carpentry.
• Manage plumbing installations and repairs.
• Oversee fabrication and installation of steel structures.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed, and deadlines are met.
• Maintain safe work environment, monitor processes, and assist in project planning.
• Follow BOQ and assist in cost management.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and management for smooth project execution.
• Conduct material inspections and rectify defects.
• General Maintenance: Handle office and site maintenance, manage inventory, and support

Requirements:

• Diploma in NCT (CIVIL), NCSS or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years previous experience in Building Maintenance & plumbing Installation.
• Experience in Site Safety, quality and environmental management.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Under 35 years of age.
