For over 45 years, MEGA has and continues to be a name synonymous with immersion heaters in Sri Lanka. Besides a full line of water heaters, are our core product, and our MEGA range of products has expanded to include products for industrial and commercial applications such as all kind of industrial heaters now manufacture under Mega brand To support our targets, we are looking for energetic and knowledgeable. You may well be experienced although we encourage those without but have oodles of energy and drive.

SHOWROOM ASSISTANT

JOB TITLE, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS :-

The Ideal Candidate Should :-

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have

Provide excellent customer service

Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received

Coordinate sales and marketing activities to ensure seamless collaboration.

Provide front office support to the sales and marketing teams.

Professional Qualifications in Marketing or Similar will be an added advantage.

Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

A Make/Female Candidate aged below 30.
