Senior Quantity Surveyor

The potential candidate should have the following requirements.

A sound knowledge in the interior trade.

Be aware of current market rates and supplier/contractor basis is essential.

Essential understanding of furniture, partitioning and materials.

Have hands on experience in Auto CAD/and the ability to read drawings.

Be able to conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations.

Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ of experience in the Interior Field.

Be willing to work independently with own creative ideas.

Be a strong team player with a positive attitude.

ITC Handling would be an added advantage.
