Senior Network Administrator (Night shift) – Kandy
Duties & Responsibilities – Serves as a technical expert in the area of network administration – responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices, and firewalls. – Is responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization. – Plans for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth. – Manages user accounts and assets and assigns and updates security permissions on the network according to security policy. – Provides support with escalated help desk requests. – Manage devices on Legacy Health LLC network through Active Directory – Leads a team of systems administrators, coordinates with different departments. – Mentors team members and educates users. – Manages user accounts and assets (0365 accounts and inventory items ) , and assigns and updates security permissions on the network according to security policy. – Responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization. – Microsoft 0365 Portal Management, SharePoint Cloud Platform Administration and Licensing

Experience & Skillset required • BSc in IT/Computer Science or Equivalent Qualification. • Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory Configuration and Management • More than 5 years’experience as a Network administrator or relevant role • Sound Knowledge of MS 0365 Platform, SharePoint, Azure, AWS Cloud platform • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in collaboration with the team • Keep an eye on the projects in discussion with the project team
