  • Good secondary education
  • Strong communication skills in Sinhala, English, and Tamil
  • Working experience in the FMCG industry
  • Monitoring employee performance to ensure they are meeting goals and adhering to company policies
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets
