Sales Manager-Male- Hardware and Bathware

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Develop sales plans and budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our client base.

Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and emerging trends.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve targets.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals and collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.

Collaborate with the design and product development teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product offerings.

Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Hardware and Bathware industry.

Experience in handling either projects or/key accounts would be a definite advantage.

In-depth knowledge of furniture and interior products and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
