Due to the expansion in the business, we have a vacancy for the following position and we seek a dynamic, versatile and self motivated individual with Can Do’ attitude to join the team.
SALES MANAGER
Direct and oversee an organization’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommended product or services enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Duties & Responsibilities;
- Determine annual sales and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales volumes, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
Plan to ensure achievement of organization and personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them. - Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture new key customers.
- Continually assess current business channels and prospective business opportunities, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Building & maintaining good working relationships with customers and build up a high profile customer network.

Communicate to clients on company products and services portfolio and evaluate their needs. - Continually meeting/exceeding sales targets by executing a well defined sales plan.
Prerequisites; - Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution. 2. Minimum 6 years working experience in the Sales & Marketing in a reputed Electrical Engineering company out of which 2 years in the same capacity.
- Corporate membership of CIM, SLIM or similar would be an added advantage.
- Technical know-how/exposure in Electrical LV Panel Boards, Cable Management Systems, Industrial Automation, Lighting & Lighting Control and Turnkey Electrical projects.
- Excellent command of English language and ability to speak multiple languages.
- Good literacy in computer with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Age below 40 years.
