WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Sales Executives
Colombo, Gampaha, Negombo, Kandy, Galle
The ideal candidate will excel at creating and closing business opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, the individual will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Aggressively pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Maintain positive business relationships with new & existing customers.
- Identify current market trends, research, attract, and onboard new clientele.
- Meet and exceed sales targets given by the company.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Organize and attend customer meetings and coordinate implementation with support teams.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Should possess a part qualification in CIM or SLIM or equivalent.
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Sales/Marketing or Business Development.
Excellent written and spoken skills in English. Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships customers and key stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of one or more of our target markets would be desirable.
Flexible to work with changing priorities.
