KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Order Processing:
- Facilitate order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
- Customer Support:
-Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service. – Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents and reports.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales department.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
-Work closely with the warehouse team to track stock levels and order replenishments.
- Proficiently handle Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes.
-Verify and document received goods, ensuring alignment with purchase orders.
- Data Analysis:
-Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
-Generate reports to assist in decision-making processes.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

- Passed G.C.E (A/L)
•Computer literacy
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software.
