About Global Vinyl

GLOBAL VINYL (PVT) LTD is the pioneer manufacturer and market leader in Sri Lanka for the Vinyl flooring. As part of the rapid growth plans of the company and expansion, we are seeking an energetic & pro-active person, with an outgoing personality to join the team as Sales Coordinator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling sales orders by phone, email, or social media
  • Processing the orders via the ERP system and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with other departments as necessary

Maintaining filing systems for sales records, prepare reports, and provide sales information to the sales department.

Job Requirements

  • Age below 35 years
  • A pleasant personality with leadership skills, ability to work in a team environment and self-motivated to achieve targets.
  • Fluent in spoken English. Fluency in Sinhala & Tamil is a plus point.
  • Computer literacy with an ability to improve ERP System.
