ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re looking for a driven and results-focused Marketing Coordinator to grow Swisstek Roofmaster’s presence and sales. In this target-based role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new customers and dealers, building strong relationships, and expanding your assigned area. Your proactive mindset and people skills will be key in unlocking new business and boosting brand loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and Maintain Effective Relationships with existing and prospective Customers to achieve sales targets.

Identify sales opportunities and generate sales leads with customers.

Attend to customer inquiries and After sales supports

Research market trends, competitors, and growth areas.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategies.

Share regular updates on sales and market performance.

Represent Roofmaster at events and client meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

Completion of G.C.E A/L qualification.

Possess a valid riding license.

Age Below 30 years.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate product benefits effectively.

A goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Prior experience in sales or marketing, particularly in the construction or related industry, would be an added advantage.
