Sales Coordination Manager for Online Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and a passionate Professional to lead the Online Sales and Online Sales Coordination units of the company. Raigam Group manufactures a wide range of products from consumer goods to consumer durables which are suitable for online selling. Selected individual would lead the way in realizing their untapped potential.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Preparation of sales pipeline and strive to achieve the assigned sales targets.
• Outreach and Networking to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Constantly updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance Revenue, Quality & promoting and establishing the slogan.
• Handling a team of online sales representatives and monitoring statistics related to sales.
• Coordinating and monitoring social media marketing activities
• Coordinating related offline campaigns such as exhibitions and sales promotions

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Should possess a minimum 03 years of overall experience in a similar capacity.
• In-depth knowledge in Online or Digital Marketing, Channels, Tools and Best Practices with a track record of successful Campaign Management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make, data-driven decisions.
• Should be result oriented professional with proven track record of achieving goals with

revenue and profitability maintaining.

• Working in a team enviornment with effective communication skills, ability to handle a sales team with strict monitoring.
