Key Responsibilities

✓ Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers.

✓ Provide accurate and relevant information about products, pricing, and promotions. ✓ Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their requirements.

✓ Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.

Requirement

✔ GCE O/Level or A/Level

Skilled/Unskilled

Age below 30

✓ Excellent Customer Service Skills

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

✓ Fluency in both English and Sinhala

✓ Candidate should have a brief knowledge of Computer related skills. (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)

• Candidates having pursued further courses in an additional qualification.
