Shady Hills is a contemporary, sustainable luxury boutique hotel under the Chandanalepa leisure wings. The hotel located in Hunnasgiriya with 8 stunning rooms and suites on a four-acre hill with outstanding natural beauty. We are inviting enthusiastic professionals to join our team:
Job Responsibilities:
Check rooms, restaurant, lobby, outside area and common areas for cleanliness.
Establish and maintain on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
Maintaining chemicals and housekeeping equipment and keeping stock of them.
Respond to customer complaints and special requests
Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
Identifies cleaning needs and potential safety hazards or repair needs,
and notifies appropriate individuals for resolution.
Oversees the removal, replacement, and stocking of linen/terry and room amenities.
Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
Job Requirements
Experience in similar Room Attendant position at a Boutique hotel at least for 2 Years
Fair communication skills in Spoken and written English
High Standard of Customer Service
Positive “Can do” Attitude
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situation
Good public relation skills.
