Manager

Previous experience working in an A Grade Chinese Restaurant would be an added qualification. Experienced in strategic Management and knowledgable on compliance and food safety regulations.

*Aged Between 35 and 40.

Chef & Sous chef

Specialisation in culinary skills and with minimum 5years post qualifying experience as a Chef and 3 years of which should based on preperation of Chinese food in a star class Hotel or A Grade City Restaurant Experince based testimonials from previous employers required.

*Aged Between 35 and 50

Cook (Commis 1, Commis 2, Commis 3)

Practical Cookery Certificate from a Recognized Hotel School A minimum of four years of experience working in a reputable Chinese kitchen or hotel kitchen is required

*Aged between 25 and 35

Captain

3 years experince in a Hotel as a Captain or Craft- Course in Food & Beverage issued by a Recognized Hotel School or Training and competency Certificate issued from a Hotel previously employed.

*Aged Between 35 and 40

Steward

Minimum 4 years experience in recognized restaurant or hotel and Certificate in restaurant service

*Aged Between 25 and 35

Cashier

Pass G.C.E (A/L) with C pass for Mathematics and all subjects passed in G.C.E (A/L)

*Aged Between 18 and 35

Delivery Rider

G.C.E. (O/L)

NA-have 06 months old driving license for light vehicle & Motor bike

*Aged Between 25 and 35
