A Chinese restaurant dedicated to delivering an authentic Chinese culinary experience to our customers, we pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients and traditional techniques to create delicious Chinese Authentic dishes.
As we continue to expand our operations in Colombo 07, Sri Lanka, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help to maintain our commitment to excellence.
Restaurant Manager
✓ Proven record of 5 years + within the industry
✓ Age Below 35 years
✓ Hotel diploma or Academic qualification preferred and knowledge of local food safety regulations and certifications.
✓ .Knowledge of English is a must both written and verbal, Chinese speaking will be an added advantage.

Experience of working in Authentic Chines restaurants in overseas or Sri Lanka is a must Works closely with the Chinese staff to oversee the operation of the restaurant. Liaison with the sales team to ensure maximum profitability, responsible for the recruitment, supervision and direction of all restaurant employees.
✓ Successfully assisted with day-to-day operations, menu rollouts, etc. for the Restaurant. Attended to the needs of the guests to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction, review and evaluate consistently.
✓ Maintain presences on the floor to visually monitor and ensure food quality and service standards are met.
✓ Ensure Maintenance of the restaurant to expected standards. (supervising and ensuring that the daily operations of the restaurant are carried out smoothly).
✓ Works with the Management to maintain budgeted financial goals to ensure maximum
profitability.

Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and operation of the outlet and service equipment.
✓ Updating staff on management information discussed in morning briefings.
Chef (Male/Female)
✓ Proven record of 5 years with in the realm of Chinese culinary expertise.
✓ Age below 35 years
✓
Specifically in your current role, Proficiency in English & Chinese both spoken is an added advantage
✓ Enthusiasm for Chinese cuisine and culture a strong appetite for learning and an adaptable nature, in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Do you possess previous restaurant experience to ensure the highest service delivery to our customers?

Kitchen Helper
✓
2 years’ experience in the similar capacity.

Public Area Cleaner (Male/Female)
✓ Age below 40 years
Cashier Restaurant(Male/Female)
✓
3 years’ experience within a hotel or a leading restaurant ✓ English speaking is a must.
✓ Knowledge of handling POS systems
✓Cash handling
✓
Generating reports related to cash daily basis
Administration Officer (Male/Female)
✓ Experience is an added advantage
✓ Excellent oral communication skills in Chinese
Reservation Executive (Male/Female)
✓ Experience Woking in a travel agency or in a hotel in the similar capacity is a must.
✓ English speaking is a must
