Fish & Co. swam into Singapore’s shores in 1998. Since then, we have become one of Singapore’s hottest
restaurants, providing consumers with good value seafood coupled with excellent service and outstanding
quality in a relaxed and entertaining environment. Today, Fish & Co. has spawned numerous outlets in
Singapore, Malaysia, The Middle East, Indonesia, Hong Kong, The Philippines, and now we have set our
sights on the ever-growing Sri Lankan market to deliver exquisite seafood to the Sri Lankan community.
Back of House
- Chef de Partie – Three years experience in Hotel / Restaurant
Commis1 – Two years experience
Commis 3- One year experience
Trainee Cooks - Kitchen Steward
Front of House - Restaurant Supervisors (Min 4-5 years experience)
Restaurant Waiters - Restaurant Waitresses
- Candidates with a good personality, good work ethic and has the passion for serving
customers with exquisite food are encouraged - Candidates are preferred to be below the age of 35
Ability to work on Roster basis - Previous experience in a seafood restaurant or similar capacity will be an added
advantage
