Restaurant Cashier

(Heritance Kandalama)

The ideal candidate should possess the GCE A/L qualification in the Commerce stream with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably within a hotel operation in a similar capacity. Exposure to the Opera system would be an added advantage. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are key attributes and competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

Ensuring a seamless payment process to maintain customer satisfaction

Handling cash and open bills, settling accounts, and controlling costs

Updating meal forecasts, food sales, and other relevant information

Preparing daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for Management Information
