RECEPTIONIST

Kev Accountabilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Greet visitors warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

Maintain a positive attitude and a courteous, friendly demeanor at all times.

Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other correspondence.

Manage reservations and bookings accurately, using the relevant systems and tools.

Keep the front desk and workspace neat, organized, and presentable at all times.

Provide support with administrative and clerical tasks as required by the department.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

A qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field will be considered an added. advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office applications.

A pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain a friendly and professional attitude, even under high-pressure situations.

Candidates should be below 30 years of age.
