NIGHTWEAR

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our team at a leading lingerie and nightwear manufacturing factory. As a Quality Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality lingerie and nightwear items that meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough inspections of lingerie and nightwear products at various stages of the

manufacturing process to identify defects, deviations, and quality issues.

2. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold product integrity and compliance with company standards.
3. Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns promptly and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Monitor and enforce adherence to product specifications, ensuring consistency in size, fit, color, and overall design aesthetics.
5. Utilize testing equipment and tools to assess fabric quality, stitching, and overall product durability.
6. Maintain accurate records of inspection results, documenting non-conformities and corrective actions
7. Train and educate production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
8. Participate in the development of quality control guidelines and protocols for new product lines.
9. Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
10. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement comprehensive quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Quality Controller in the lingerie and nightwear manufacturing industry
2. In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, garment construction, and fabric properties.
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Effective communication skills to convey quality standards and provide constructive feedback. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
5. Familiarity with industry regulations and quality assurance practices.
6. Proficient in using testing equipment and quality control tools.
7. Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve common quality goals.
