EL – TORO Roofing Products Limited has set up its state-of-the-art production facility in Chilaw. The following vacancies exist at our factory for suitable qualified & experienced personnel.

Quality Assurance Officer / Supervisor

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in process components, and finished products. Document and report quality issues or non conformances, and assist in implementing corrective and

preventive actions.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify arears for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality related concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide support during internal and external audits.

Contribute to the development and review of quality control procedures and documentation.

Assist in training employees on quality assurance processes and standards.

Requirements.

preferably between the ages of 25 and 35.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar role. A graduate Degree / Diploma with a strong background in physics, chemistry, or engineering.

A diploma in quality management systems is a definite advantage.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in the MS Office suite.

Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.

Ability to comprehend technical manufacturing processes and work independently.

Willingness to work extra hours.
