Position:

Quality Assurance Officer (Minuwangoda Factory)

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure product and process quality through rigorous audits, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication with stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can gain hands-on experience and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal quality audits to ensure product and process quality.

Ensure safe handling of materials and monitor manufacturing steps.

Identify deviations in production processes and take corrective actions.

Coordinate quality-related correspondence with internal and external customers.

Facilitate production trials and communicate results with relevant parties.

Requirements:

Passed G.C.E. A/L in Technology/Mathematics or Science stream with a minimum of 3 passes.

Age below 25 years.

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

Good oral and written communication skills in English.

A pleasing personality.

Previous experience in Quality Assurance will be an added advantage.

A well-established company with a strong presence in the tyre manufacturing industry.
