Job Description

A reputed company manufacturing & supplying Helmets & Toys is looking for a self-motivated, energetic & qualified male person to fill the following vacancy.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for helmet and toy manufacturing.

Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Identify quality issues and work with the production team to resolve them in a timely manner.

Document quality inspection results and report any non-conformities or deviations to management.

Perform audits on internal processes to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to safety regulations.

Assist in preparing for internal and external audits and certification processes.

Maintain detailed records of testing, inspection results, and corrective actions.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• A Diploma in a quality Assurance or relevant field
• Relevant certifications such as SLS certification, certifications in ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000) are highly valuable
• Minimum 2 years’ Experience in quality assurance
• Excellent Analytical, Problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Salary: Negotiable,
