The Property Sector of John Keells Holdings PLC is looking for a dynamic individual to take part in the challenge of working with their upcoming projects.

Job Profile

Coordinating between the design engineer and site construction team to have the required documentation such as method statements etc in place.

Preparing a control document with the design consultancy team to organize the level of inspection and hold points.

Carrying out regular site visits and inspections to verify the sitework is done as per stipulated standards.

Carrying out periodic material testing and maintaining relevant records.

Coordinating between the design engineer and the site construction team to carry out daily inspections.

Carrying out all quality related work at site.

Personal Profile

• A degree in Engineering with prior expertise in a similar capacity

Prior experience in managing complex construction projects and pre-opening experience in a luxury Hotel environment

Competent to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
