JOB PROFILE

Selected candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and evaluating the company’s CSR projects and initiatives. She will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to drive projects in select locations and maximize the impact of CSR efforts. Additionally, this role will he responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of CSR projects, ohtaining regulatory approvals, selecting service providers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and managing performance metrices. This role necessitates strong project management skills, expertise in stakeholder engagement, and a sincere commitment to corporate social responsibility.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in business, sustainability social sciences, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in CSIl project management, or related fields

Strong understanding of CSR prinoples, sustairable development goals, and corporate citizenship practices

Proven track record of managing and supervising complex projects, especially in rural areas Exposure to engaging stakeholders and government authorities and delivering impactful results

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, fluence others, and build partnerships

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and drive innovation Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and CSR reporting platforms
