Job Profile
PMF Finance PLC (PMF) is a fast-growing non-bank financial institution in Sri Lanka which was incorporated on 26th January 1983 and has been operating within the Sri Lankan Finance industry for over the past 4 decades as a licensed finance company under the finance business Act No. 42 of 2011. With the capital infusion by our majority shareholder Sterling Capital Investments (Private) Limited, PMF Finance has embarked on a new transformational journey towards rapid growth.
• Initiate and drive the business plan to achieve set strategic objectives of the branch. Manage and maintain the assigned portfolio mix and maximize the profitability of the branch. Manage healthy portfolio by maintaining agreed NPL ratios and provision.
• Lead the team and oversee the operation and control the branch to achieve set business objectives.
• Uplift the company image by providing superior customer service.
Person’s Profile
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with a proven track record of performance in the banking or finance industry.
• Professional /Academic qualification in Marketing from a recognized institute will be advantageous.
• Candidates living close proximity to the branch is preferred.
• An excellent knowledge in sales, with an outgoing personality and a flair for sales.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
•
Age below 40 years.
