The role

The Quality Coordinator directly reporting to QA Executive. The key focus of this job role is to support the Quality Department of the company. Performer will have the opportunity to grow and progress in their career at Phoenix

Key Responsibilities

Coordination of Customer Samples as applicable.

Receiving Inspection/Color Chips as applicable.

Calibration; All duties including; scheduling, coordinating, performing, record keeping.

Working with engineering team for new production projects and associated documentation.

Inspection of Finished Goods based on local and international standards.

Develop reports based on internal and customer requirements.

Conduct online and inspections of the semi-finished goods and finished goods

Requirements

Age below 35 years old.

Passed GCE A/L Mathes, Science or Technology streams.

Minimum for 01 year work experience in the QA field.

Ability to work long hours.

Experience in liaising with management, staff and production teams.

Team Player With strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle a competitive work environment and work under minimum supervision Previous exposure to injection & blow molded products will be highly regarded.

Excellent communication skills in both English & Sinhalese.
