Who are we looking for?
Are you a personable and efficient professional with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking
a highly organized and initiative-taking Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our
Director of Manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth
operations within the manufacturing department and will function as a key liaison between the Director
and various stakeholders.
Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
  arrangements.
  Prepare and organizedocumentation, reportS, and presentations for internal and external
  meetings.
  Coordinate and communicate effectively with various teams within the organisation.
  Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  Conduct research and compile data as needed for decision-making processes
  Anticipate the needs of the Director and proactively address potential issues.
  Assist in project management and follow-up on action items.
  Requirements
  NEXT
  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  3-5 years’ experience asan executive assistant orpersonal assistant, preferably in a
  manufacturing setting.
  Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  Candidates around Negombo will be given priority.
