Operations Manager -Col 2 (Female)
Responsibilities:

Recruitment – Liaising with the recruiters, initial screening, and setting up interviews.
Resource Onboarding – setting up access to systems and initial training plan. Preparing and maintaining SOP’s.
Employee Training & Development – Preparing and executing cross-training plans.
Maintaining error log and taking corrective actions.
Building and maintaining strong long lasting client relationships through effective communication.
Leave management of the team.
Executing the lead generation and market outreach campaign.
New client onboarding.
Overseeing day-to-day office operations.
Skills & Experiences:
Offer:
Degree in Accounting, finance, or similar qualifications.
Proven experience in overall operations management, preferably in a BPO environment.
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self motivated
Take initiatives to drive the business forward.
Excellent communication skills (English)
100K – 150K salary (based on relevant experiences & education)
