We are now looking for a suitable candidates for the following vacancies in the PROMET Group.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Job Role

To submit reports daily about firewood stocks, labour deployment and steam production at each company boiler site.

To coordinate with firewood suppliers to ensure that adequate firewood/saw dust stocks are maintained at all company boiler sites

To ensure that firewood suppliers follow guidelines about the firewood specifications.

To certify firewood suppliers’ bills for payment

To submit reports on the supply, quality and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to all company

boiler sites

To ensure that all resource requirements of boiler sites are identified in advance supplied on time.

To ensure that documents/parcels are sent through courier service to the sites without undue delay.

To work with the Manpower providers

To closely work with the boiler sites to provide solutions on operation matters

Qualifications & Experience

Passed the GCE (A/L) examination

Experience in using MS Excel/Outlook

Willingness to travel to boiler sites

Ability to effectively coordinate

Ability to manage relationships

Good negotiating skills

Ability work with minimum supervision
