Officer/Executive – Call Center Operations
(General Insurance Head Office)
Each Call Centre Officers will be a part of the highly motivated team who wishes to serve customers in an effective and efficient manner.
The selected candidates will be assigned to answer incoming calls of customers & to assist them with accidents, inquiries, assessments & complaints.
The Role
Obtain accurate details of the accident & update the system Allocation of damage appraisers and carry out follow up calls Handle & resolve customer inquiries & complaints.
The Profile
Passed G.C.E. Advance Level. Males Preferred. Age below 28 years Willingness to work on a shift / WFH and rotation basis
Very clear & pleasant voice
Good communication skills both Sinhala & English and ability to communicate in Tamil would be a distinct advantage
Willingness to listen and understand the customer and ability to manage time effectively
Ability to work in teams and Computer literate
Part qualification in Insurance exams would be a distinct advantage.
