Vacancies – Head Office MARKETING OFFICERS JUNIOR EXECUTIVES/EXECUTIVES/SENIOR EXECUTIVES ASSISTANT MANAGERS JOB PROFILE • Effectively promote a variety of lending products to meet both individual and company objectives. • Maintain portfolio quality and manage delinquencies as per sets standard. Evaluate credit applications and coordinate with credit and operation teams to finalise the disbursements. CANDIDATE’S PROFILE G.C.E. A/L examination in any stream. Having prior experience in the relevant field would be an added advantage. • Should possess a valid driving license for motorcycle Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and uphold a high level of integrity • Excellent communication skills and flair for superior customer service. DEPOSITS MOBILIZATION OFFICERS JOB PROFILE • Develop deposit portfolio in the western region to achieve expected deposits mobilization target. • Support management in identifying deposit product-related opportunities. Enhance quality and growth of client portfolio in the assigned region. • Create customer awareness, and services available. Introduce new customers to the portfolio on a regular basis & ensure retention of existing customers. CANDIDATE’S PROFILE G.C.E. A/L examination in any stream. • Having prior experience in the relevant field would be an added advantage. • Ability to meet deadlines, self-motivated & work independently. Excellent communication skills and flair for superior customer service. RECOVERY OFFICERS JUNIOR EXECUTIVES/EXECUTIVES JOB PROFILE Handle the end-to-end debt recovery process, including contacting customers with outstanding payments. • Negotiate repayment plans with delinquent customers and offer viable solutions for debt settlement. Monitor and track payment arrangements to ensure adherence and timely recovery. Conduct thorough investigations to locate customers with hard-to-reach contact information. Collaborate with internal teams and legal counsel to escalate complex cases and legal actions, when necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities and communications. CANDIDATE’S PROFILE Proven experience (more than 01 year) as a Recovery Officer or similar role within the finance industry. In-depth knowledge of debt recovery processes, laws, and best practices. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle unexpected customer behavior and protect company’s interests and reputation.
