Manager/Assistant Manager – HR & Compliance

“We are on the lookout for dynamic and energetic individual to join our Team as a Manager/ Assistant Manager – HR & Compliance”

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure smooth process of direct & indirect recruitment according to operational requirement on a strategic plan

Ensure smooth onboarding process & induction program including proper placement of new comers.

Ensure proper & timely follow up of Trainings of all categories

Ensure all employees are aware of company policies & procedures.

Handle grievances of the employees across the plant and initiate solutions.

• Manage the employee performance appraisal system effectively.

Maintain HR KPIs consistently.

Manage & ensure continuous function of welfare privileges provided to employees (Transport/ Meal/ Medical/Etc.).

Ensure accurate monthly payroll in the plant and submission of final payroll to head office on time.

Ensure the proper management of disciplinary procedures.

Manage & direct HR team to ensure effective HR & ER functions

Ensure timely submission of reports/documents/information required by top management.

Ensure Ethical compliance standards and labour law requirements maintained across the plant.

Conduct periodic audit in preparation of upcoming customer compliance audits & ensure the plant is ready to

undergo any customer audit in terms of ethical compliance at any given time

Maintain better house keeping standards in the plant ensuring all required safety and hygiene standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Degree in any stream/PQHRM/Diploma in HRM.

5+ Years of experience in HR field.

At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager/Snr Executive in a reputed garment manufacturing company.

Age between 35-45 preferred.

Candidates who live in close proximity are preferred.
