Statesman (Pvt) Ltd., following three decades of business in Sri Lanka. The strategic location of our research center and production facilities in Wattala simplifies the whole design and delivery process for headwear and clothing. LW Reid PTY Limited, our sales and operations division, is based in Sydney, whereas MCH Holdings, our corporate headquarters, is based in Brisbane. Over the last 30 years, our specialty has been making school wear and headwear, with a proud heritage of MCH being Australia’s oldest hat maker for over 186 years.
Management Trainee
We are looking for a talented, motivated individual to join our company as a management trainee.
An ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to drive change and business improvements.
Strong quantitative analytical skills with numbers, reports, and data analysis.
Weekly, Monthly, and seasonal dash boards submitting, creating T&A’s critical paths and KPI’s should be shared with internal teams and customers when necessary.
Strong understanding of internal controls.
Providing weekly dispatch schedules and timely follow ups with shipping department for clearance.
Handling embroidery and printing related product developments and approvals.
Hit the OTD as planned.
Build positive work relationships vendors/suppliers and engage in negotiating prices/terms to meet business requirements.
Work Attributes and Qualifications:
Undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
Qualified or part qualified in CIMA/CIM/SLIM/SLITA are encourage to apply.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and computer-based accounting package.
Good command of English language.
