MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – QUALITY CONTROLLER

The Job:

As a Management Trainee Quality Controller, you will undergo a structured training program that will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to oversee quality control processes in the production of apparel.

You will work closely with the quality management team to ensure that the products meet international standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Learn and implement quality control procedures throughout the production cycle.

Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.

Identify areas of improvement in quality standards and production processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve efficiency.

Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation and reports.

Participate in audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Provide support in training and developing production staff on quality control practices.

Monitor and report on key quality metrics and assist in corrective actions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Apparel Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Basic knowledge of quality control methodologies and processes (preferred).

A passion for quality and continuous improvement in manufacturing.
