Management Trainee (HR & Admin)

We are looking for a highly capable and dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee – HR & Admin. This is an opportunity for someone who is ready to take on challenges, work across multiple areas, and grow within the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be highly confident and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to different operational needs.
  • A positive and professional personality with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software/tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
